U7 and U9 Co-ed Flag

U11 Co-ed League - Limited Contact

This is the first age grade that features modified contact. However, similar to flag rugby, U11 Co-ed League play is played on a flag rugby-sized pitch, with many rules of flag rugby still enforced, including sevens players per side, one point per try, no kicking, etc.

The season runs from the end of May to the end of August.
U13 Co-ed Contact

This age grade features contact with tackling below the shoulders. There are a maximum of 13 players per side, with a 70m X 60m field. Scrums are 6 on 6 and lineouts are contested but no lifting is allowed. Goal Kicking and conversion is allowed but ball is placed in front of posts. Each half is 25 minutes long and 15 minutes long for festival tournament matches.
