U14's Continue their Winning Ways

Big Win on the Aurora Barbarians pitch for the Markham Irish Canadian U14 team this past Saturday. The team showed up with only 15 players of which 2 were playing in their first ever rugby games (congratulations to Cameron S. and Everett M.). Aurora had almost double the number of players and from all accounts the visibly bigger team. However, our U14s have been paying close attention to the details when working on scrum, ruck and lineout techniques and our smaller scrum and lineouts dominated against the Barbs. Rucking was strong and our ball distribution from our SH Ethan and FH Rhys was swift and accurate.

When the dust cleared, our very tired 15 U14 players walked off the field with an incredible 56-25 win!
