The Senior Men ended their 2017 campaign this past Saturday in Brantford with a 35 - 10 loss to the defending (and undefeated) champions. The final score is not an accurate representation of the game as the score was 13 - 10 at the 60-minute mark. The men played their hearts out but we didn't have the horses at the end of the day to fight back the speed and relentlessness of the Brantford first 15. The Markham Irish Canadian Men ended up ranked 4th in the province (I believe there are 60+ clubs in Ontario). This is 5 spots improved over last year's 9th place ranking and showed the positive direction of the team.
