Learn More about the Fab Your Life (FYL) High Performance Training Program

Fabian Rayne, the coach of our Senior Men's Program, Former Toronto Argo, and owner of Fab Your Life (FYL) is once again running a offseason high performance training program for players of all ages. The FYL High Performance Program is a sports specific functional exercise training program, focused on speed, strength, power and agility! The FYL High Performance Program includes:

  1. Functional/Musculoskeletal Assessment

  2. Fitness Testing Wednesday, Jan 24th

  3. 12 week Strength & Conditioning Program

  4. Wednesday evenings 7:30 – 9:15pm (excluding March Break)

  5. Fitness Re-testing Wednesday, April 18th

  6. Sports nutritional package

  7. FYL off-season training program

  8. Location: Toronto Track & Field Centre (York University)

  9. All of this for only $442.47 + HST
