High Performance Training Program Starting Jan 15

Some parents may not know Fabian but besides being the Club's Director of Rugby he is also a club sponsor and runs this program for young rugby players. I know of a few kids who have been through it's been a real benefit to them, mine included.

I cannot recommend this program enough.
